Regulations for using the ŁoKeR - Public Bike Rental System

I. Preamble

These Regulations define the terms and conditions of using the ŁoKeR System - Łomża Bicycle Communication, hereinafter referred to as ŁoKeR, operating in the City of Łomża

The Regulations are available free of charge on the website www.lomza.polskirowermiejski.pl and in the mobile application. Extract from the Regulations is also available at the ŁoKeR System Stations.

II. Definitions

2.1 Regulations - these regulations describe the rules and conditions of using the ŁoKeR System, the scope of rights, duties and responsibilities of the Operator and the Customer. Acceptance of the Regulations and fulfillment of all conditions specified in it, is a requirement necessary to join and use the ŁoKeR system. The Customer concludes a contract with the ŁoKeR System Operator upon registration, accepting the Regulations.

2.2 Agreement - agreement between the Customer and the ŁoKeR System Operator setting mutual rights and obligations specified in the Regulations. The contract is concluded at the moment of acceptance of the Regulations by the Customer, confirmation of registration in the activation link and payment of a one-off, non-returnable initial payment / deposit during the registration process in the ŁoKeR System.

2.3 ŁoKeR System Operator - an organizational unit that provides services related to service Systemu ŁoKeR, is BikeU Sp. z o.o., ul. Emilii Plater 53, 00-113 Warszawa.

2.4 ŁoKeR System - 24/7 technical and teleinformatic infrastructure, software, devices and bicycles operating for the maintenance-free, short-term rental of bicycles, referred to hereinafter as the "Service" and "Rental" operating 24 hours a day.

2.5 Filfri - supplier of technical and teleinformatic infrastructure

2.6 Customer - The ŁoKeR System User who registered in the ŁoKeR System, on the website, in the mobile application or in the station terminal and accepted the Regulations and Agreement, confirmed the registration with an activation link in the message received at the email address provided during registration and paid the initial payment / deposit of 19 PLN 0.00 (in words: nineteen zlotys and 00/100).

2.7 ŁoKeR System service – system technical service, dealing with maintenance, allocation and repair of the ŁoKeR System.

2.8 ŁoKeR Customer Service – hotline providing 24-hour contact with ŁoKeR System Operator by phone at +48 86 222 34 88, voicemail and electronic mail at the following e-mail address: bok@polskirowermiejski.pl.

2.9 Area of system operation - administrative boundaries of the City of Łomża, within which it is allowed to use the ŁoKeR System bikes.

2.10 ŁoKeR Bike Station – place of rental and return of bikes by customers, marked with the ŁoKeR System symbol, equipped with bicycle stands to which the bicycles and terminal are parked (parked).

2.11 Terminal – a device for self-rental and return of a bicycle located at the ŁoKeR Station.

2.12 Slot – Station for parking the bike in the form of a specialized rack with electric lock and bicycle safety equipment.

2.13 Customer ID –  Customer's mobile phone number provided during registration and a 4-digit PIN number assigned by the Customer during the registration process in the ŁoKeR System.

2.14 Table of fees – Price list of services and fees of the ŁoKeR System, constituting Annex No. 2 to the Regulations, available on the website www.lomza.polskirowermiejski.pl, in the mobile application and at the Stations.

2.15 Customer account – Customer's personal account in the ŁoKeR System, where recognition and charges for using the ŁoKeR System are carried out in accordance with the Table of Fees.

2.16 Internet Payments - online quick payment systems operated by external service providers.

2.17 Initial payment / deposit– one-off, non-refundable, minimum fee of PLN 19 paid by the Customer during registration in the ŁoKeR System, which determines the entitlement to start using the system. The amount is fully available to cover the first rentals.

2.18  Top-up amount – the amount paid by the Customer in the form of prepayment (top-up) to the personal pre-paid account of the Customer, completely to be used to cover fees for using the ŁoKeR system according to the Table of Fees.

2.19. Bike rental – start using the ŁoKeR bike. Bike rental is described in item VII. Regulations: "Renting a bike".

2.20 Bike return – ending using the bike in any Station. The return of the bicycle is described in item IX. Regulations: "Return of the bike".

2.21 Bike lock – A chain with a combination lock for securing a bicycle during a stop or returning a bicycle at a station in the case of a full station.

2.21 Mobile App – ŁoKeR system software that works on portable devices, such as mobile phones, smartphones, palmtops or tablets.

2.22 Special actions - promotional and information campaigns carried out for customers of the ŁoKeR System during the System's operation, to promote it.

2.23 Organizer of the ŁoKeR system – City Hall, Mayor of the City of Łomża

2.24 Map of the ŁoKeR System station – the area of the city of Łomża, where the stations are located, presented on the website www.lomza.polskirowermiejski.pl, Bicycle Stations and in the mobile application within which the ŁoKeR system operates.

2.25 Reervation - a function thanks to which the Customer can remotely book a bike via the user panel on the website or in the mobile application. The reservation takes 10 minutes, after this time the reservation will be canceled automatically.

III Access to the service

3.1 Full access to the Service is possible provided that the Client's computer system meets the following cumulative technical requirements:

  • having an active e-mail account (email address), enabling contact with the Operator / Polish Bicycle Helpline
  • having the access to a device allowing browsing of websites with an installed operating system enabling the operation of this device together with one of the Internet browsers installed: Mozilla FireFox, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Opera, Safari
  • having an active connection to the Internet
  • having the acceptance of Cookie files ("cookies") in the Web browser used by the Customer,
  • having the enabled JavaScript enabled in the client's web browser (enabled by default in the web browser),

3.2. The ŁoKeR System Operator informs that it is also possible to use other operating systems and web browsers in the terminal device mentioned above, however in such a situation, due to technological reasons, it can not ensure proper operation.

3.3. The operator also provides the latest version of the Mobile Application available for devices with the iOS and Android operating system. For the application to work properly, always install the latest available version

IV General conditions for using the ŁoKeR System

4.1. The condition for using the ŁoKeR System is that the Customer performs the registration procedure at www.lomza.polskirowermiejski.pl. The procedure consists in providing the Customer with the required correct personal and contact data, accepting the provisions of the Regulations, conducting a correct verification of the email address, clicking the link received by email to the address provided during registration and making a non-returnable initial payment / deposit in the amount of PLN 19.

4.2. By accepting the Regulations, the Customer consents to the processing of personal data and to receive information materials to promote the ŁoKeR System to the email address provided during registration. The Customer's personal data will be processed by the Operator only for purposes related to the functioning of the ŁoKeR System.

4.4 The condition for using the ŁoKeR System is that the Customer has at the Customer's Account funds in the amount of at least PLN 9.00 (in words: nine 00/100), the amount being the right to rent one bike.

If you wish to acquire the right to rent two bikes, it is a prerequisite for borrowing two bikes that the Client has on the Client's Account funds in the amount of at least PLN 18.00 gross (in words: eighteen 00/100). The User should also each time secure the amount he intends to use for journeys made in the ŁoKeR System

4.5.The customer bears full responsibility for the bike from the moment of its rental - removing it from the Station, until the bike is returned - connecting it to the Station and completing the return procedure, subject to point 4.6 of this section of the Regulations. The customer is responsible in particular for any damage caused by his fault, from the time of renting a bike from any Station, until the moment of returning the bike, at any Station.

4.6 Minors who are under 18 years of age or other persons with limited legal capacity must provide the Operator with written consent of their parents or other statutory representatives (legal guardians) before the conclusion of the Agreement - to conclude the Agreement and a statement of acceptance of the Regulations, takeover by parents or other statutory representatives (legal guardians) of liability for any damages arising in particular due to non-performance or improper performance of the Agreement. A model statement is available on the website www.polskirowermiejski.pl (attachment No. 1). The signed statement must be delivered to the Operator by sending it by registered mail to the address of the System Operator ŁoKeR BikeU Sp. z o.o. ul. Emilii Plater 53, 00-113 Warsaw.

4.7 The customer is obliged to immediately notify ŁoKeR Customer Service Office about the theft of the bike made during the rental of the bike and immediately report this fact to the local Police unit.

The customer is responsible for the stealing of the rented bike and bears the financial responsibility in the event of its improper protection against theft during the rental, including, for example, unsecured bicycle with a safety rope.

4.8 The use of a rented bike is allowed in the city of Łomża in the area specified by the ŁoKeR System Operator, presented on the website www.lomza.polskirowermiejski.pl and in the mobile application.

V. Responsibility / Commitment of the Customer.

5.1. The customer is responsible for using the bike in accordance with the terms of the Regulations and the provisions of the Highway Code.

5.2.The customer undertakes to end the rental in a non-deteriorated condition from the condition in which the customer rented a bicycle.

5.3. The customer undertakes to ensure that the bike is properly and effectively secured during the rental against theft and any damage, including securing the bicycle with a safety lock.

5.4. Making the bike or account available to a third party is an act contrary to the provisions of the Regulations and does not release the customer from liability for damage or theft, until the end of the rental.

5.5. The Customer bears full responsibility for the consequences of events arising as a result of violation of the applicable law and the Regulations while using the ŁoKeR System. The System Operator is not responsible for this

5.6. It is forbidden to use the ŁoKeR System by persons under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants, psychotropic substances or substitute substances within the meaning of the provisions on counteracting drug addiction, as well as drugs and substances whose use is a contraindication to driving vehicles.

5.7. The use of bikes under the ŁoKeR System may be carried out only for non-commercial purposes and only for the Customer's personal use.

5.8 In the event of destruction / damage to the infrastructure of the ŁoKeR System (bicycles, Terminals, Stations) resulting from improper use or breach of the provisions of the Regulations or the generally applicable law, it will be required to cover all costs of repair and bring damaged / damaged infrastructure to the state it was damaged / damaged

The Operator will issue a bill or a VAT invoice to the Customer for repairing the damaged / damaged infrastructure of the ŁOKER System.

5.9 Intentional damage to the infrastructure of the ŁoKeR System will result in the System Operator submitting a notification about committing a crime to law enforcement agencies, arising on the side damaging liability for damage / destruction, and the need for the perpetrator to bear all costs incurred as a result of damage / destruction.

5.10. In cases of the Customer's fault, any possible damage resulting from failure to perform or improper performance of the contract shall be borne by the Customer of the ŁoKeR System.

5.11. It is forbidden for the Customer to transport bicycles by any private transport.

5.12. In the event of loss / damage / destruction of the bicycle by the Customer specified in the cases specified in point 4.7 or 5.8 of the Regulations, the total cost of replacement of the bicycle, as set out in the Table of Fees, is covered by the Customer.

5.13 The customer is obliged to immediately cover all costs, penalties, fines and administrative fees imposed on him in connection with the use of the bike contrary to applicable law and the Regulations

5.14 If the Customer exceeds a 12-hour bike rental period, additional costs are specified in the Table of Fees

5.15 In the event that an accident or collision occurs during the rental of the bike, the Client is obliged to write a statement or a summons to the place of the Police event. The customer is obliged to inform the Customer Service Office about this fact immediately after the occurrence of such an event

VI. Registration

6.1 Customer registration in the ŁoKeR System takes place at www.lomza.polskirowermiejski.pl and is a prerequisite for using the ŁoKeR System.

6.2 The condition to register the Customer in the ŁoKeR System is to provide real personal data in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data for the purpose of implementing the Agreement:

     contact details, e.g. e-mail address and mobile number.

6.3 The phone number provided by the Customer during the registration process is also a Login in the ŁoKeR System.

6.4 The Operator reserves the right to contact the Customer only in matters related to the implementation of the Agreement.

6.5 Personal data are processed by the ŁoKeR System Operator solely for the purpose of the System's operation and may be made available to other entities cooperating only within the framework of the applicable provisions of law, in particular to the ŁoKeR System Organizer:

VII. Payment methods.

7.1 The User pays a fee for using the ŁoKeR System by making a payment for a dedicated pre-paid account, i.e. a bank account created by the Operator to enable the Customer to use the ŁoKeR System.

The payment to the prepaid account is made using the PayU online payment portal implemented on the website www.lomza.polskirowermiejski.pl after logging in to the Customer's account in the ŁoKeR System.

7.2  For a properly booked payment, the moment when the funds are on the Customer's prepaid account is considered.

7.3. The funds paid into the Client's Account are for use in the ŁoKeR System and are not refundable during and after the termination of the contract, except for the situation referred to in point 12.3 of the Regulations.

VIII. Bike Rental

8.1. The condition for renting a bike is to have an active account in the System and to have a positive balance on the Customer's Account, not less than PLN 9.00 gross (say nine 00/100).

It is also required for the User to have an active mobile phone allowing constant contact with the Customer Service Department of the ŁoKeR System.

8.2 The bike can be rented at any ŁoKeR Station after logging into the ŁoKeR System with the Customer ID given during registration and following the messages displayed at the Terminal or in the mobile application.

8.3  The customer, before unclipping the selected bike from the rack, is obliged to make sure that the bike is suitable for the agreed use.

The customer should check in particular whether the bicycle tires are inflated, the nuts on the wheels are twisted with adequate force, the chain is not too loose, the brakes are working, whether the steering wheel is not too loose and has a code fastened to the frame.

In the event of improper condition of the bike, the Customer should immediately contact the ŁoKeR System Service Office.

8.5 The bike is equipped with a basket placed on the front of the bike. The basket is adapted to carry small items weighing less than 15 kg

It is strictly forbidden to carry children in the basket

Things heavier placed in the cart may be destroyed, for which the Operator is not responsible. It is forbidden to transport sharp objects protruding beyond the basket rim.

In the event of an accident or other incident arising as a result of improper use of the basket by the Customer, the Operator shall not be liable for any damage to items or goods carried in the basket.

8.6 The maximum load on a bicycle for one person may not exceed 90 kg.

8.7 A bicycle rented in the ŁoKeR System should be used in accordance with its intended use. A bike that is a means of urban transport is used to move between stations

The bike is not intended for high-performance driving, driving off paved surfaces, racing or pushing or pulling any thing or person.

8.8 W przypadku jakichkolwiek problemów z wypożyczeniem roweru na danej Stacji , Klient powinien natychmiast skontaktować się z Biurem Obsługi Klienta Systemu ŁoKeR. Pracownik Infolinii poinformuje o możliwym do zastosowania rozwiązaniu.

8.9  It is forbidden to use a security that is not part of the ŁoKeR System, to block a bike at the Station. If such security is detected, the Operator reserves the right to remove it, charging the Client with such costs in accordance with the Table of Fees.

8.10  It is forbidden to insert, and in particular pin any other bikes to the Station, using any fastening.

IX. Rental time
9.1 The customer is required to return the bike at the latest by the twelfth hour of rental.

9.2 Exceeding the bike rental time results in the commencement of security measures and charges fees in accordance with the Table of Fees

9.3 The requirement specified in point 9.1 does not apply to clients of special shares

X. Bike return.

10.1 The return of the bike can be made by the customer at any station by means of inserting the bicycle docking handle into the selected electro-lock placed in the stand

The customer should make sure that the bike has been properly fastened by pulling the bike towards him. The correct return will be signaled by a message on the Terminal

It is not necessary to perform any other activities. The bike will be recognized in the ŁoKeR System and automatically settled.

10.2 In the absence of free space on the Station (the station is overcrowded and there is no free electrolock), the customer is obliged to return the bike using a safety rope, fastening the bike to the rack.

In this case, the return of the bike is possible using the Terminal keypad located on the Bike Station and via the mobile application.

10.3  If the bike return procedure goes wrong due to the fault of the client, he is liable for any damage caused by wrongful actions to the Operator

XI Repairs and breakdowns

11.1. Any failures should be reported by phone to the ŁoKeR System Customer Service Office at +48 86 222 34 88

In the event of any failure preventing further driving, the Customer must stop, notify the Customer Service Office of the ŁoKeR System by phone and walk the bicycle to the nearest Station.

11.2. The customer undertakes to act in a way that limits the possibility of causing damage or liability for any reason due to improper use of the bicycle. The customer is obliged to have the possibility to contact the Customer Service Office of the ŁoKeR System throughout the rental period.

11.3. It is forbidden to carry out any repairs, modifications or replacement of parts on a rented bike. The only authorized entity for these activities is the Website

XII. Charges

12.1 The fee for renting a bicycle is set out in the Table of Fees available at www.lomza.polskirowermiejski.pl, in the mobile application and at Stations (Annex No. 2 to the Regulations). The fee is calculated according to the number of minutes of renting a bicycle, starting from the release of the lock in the rental process, ending at the end of the rental - the correct return of the bike to the Station.

12.2 Fees for using a bicycle depend on the length of the rental period.

12.3 If the fees due to the Operator for using the bike exceed the funds held on the User's Account, the User is obliged to bring the User's Account to the balance of at least PLN 0.00 within 7 days

XIII. Complaints

13.1. Complaint is the Customer's notification via e-mail to the following address: bok@polskirowermiejski.pl request to refund the fee for non-performance or improper performance of the Service.

13.2. The customer has the right to lodge a complaint within 7 days from the date of the event giving rise to the complaint. All complaints related to services provided on the basis of the subject Regulations should be submitted via email to the ŁoKeR System Operator at the e-mail address: bok@polskirowermiejski.pl. Other forms of reporting complaints are not allowed.

13.3  Correctly sent complaint must be sent from the email address provided during registration. In addition to the event described in detail, the complaint must contain the Customer's data registered in the ŁoKeR System, allowing for unambiguous identification of the Customer. These data are:

  • first name and last name,
  • phone number (Login)
  • e-mail address provided during registration

In the case of incomplete data, the Operator reserves the right to leave the complaint without recognition.

13.4. The ŁoKeR System Operator will consider the submitted complaint within 21 days from the date of its submission or supplementation.

In the case of completing the complaint, the deadline for considering the complaint starts to run from the date of delivery of supporting documents, additional explanations or information.

Next, the customer will be sent feedback information to the e-mail address provided during registration.

13.5. In cases where the of difficulty level prevents consideration in the abovementioned it is permissible to extend the examination period to 45 days, with prior information to the claimant about such necessity.

13.6. If the data or information provided in the complaint need to be supplemented, before starting to investigate the complaint, the ŁoKeR System Operator asks the complainant to complete the necessary information.

13.7. Filing a complaint does not release the User from the obligation to timely fulfill his obligations to the ŁoKeR System Operator and pay the due fee within 7 days from the event.

13.8. The Customer has the right to appeal against the decision issued by the ŁoKeR System Operator within 14 days from its delivery to the Customer.

Appeals are considered within 21 days from the date of their receipt to the e-mail address: bok@polskirowermiejski.pl.

The customer has the right to submit an application to the Operator for reconsideration of the case which is the subject of the decision issued as a result of the complaint.

13.9. The customer has the right to claim compensation for non-performance or improper performance of the service in court proceedings only when the complaint procedure is finished.

Complaint proceedings are considered exhausted also when the ŁoKeR System Operator does not provide feedback on the submitted complaint within 1 month from the date of its submission. The Operator is liable for non-performance or improper performance of the service in limitation to actual damage and does not take into account any possible benefits lost.

13.10. In the case of complaints processed positively, the loans subject to the complaint are returned to the Client's Prepaid Account on account of subsequent loans.

XIV. Withdrawal from the contract.

14.1 The User has the right to withdraw from the Agreement concluded with the ŁoKeR System Operator, without submitting any additional explanations, within 14 days from the date of its conclusion.

For this purpose, the User sends to the Operator's address: bok@polskirowermiejski.pl a statement of withdrawal from the Agreement.

14.2  In the event of withdrawal from the Agreement by the Customer, if the balance of the Customer's Account is negative, the Customer is obliged to bring the balance 0.00 PLN (in words zero zlotys), within 7 days from the date of withdrawal from the Agreement.

14.3 Financial resources paid into refund bills in the case of transactions by the client within 14 days from the date of its conclusion.

However, this does not apply to the situation in which it was published before the end of the deadline for withdrawal from the concluded contract.

XV. Termination

15.1 The Customer has the right to terminate the Agreement at any time. The termination of the Agreement should be sent in electronic form to the email address bok@polskirowermiejski.pl together with the data enabling identification of the Customer entered during registration to the ŁoKeR System, i.e.

  • first name and last name,
  • phone number (Login)
  • email address provided during registration
  • address
  • the number of the bank account to which the funds remaining on the Client's Account are to be refunded.

15.2 In the event of termination of the Agreement by the Customer, when the balance of the Customer's Account is negative, the Customer is obliged to bring it to the balance of 0.00 PLN (in words zero zlotys), within 7 days from the date of the notice, regardless of the provisions of point 12.3 of the Regulations.

15.3  The customer should use the prepayments made until the end of the contract. The operator does not refund paid but unused fees.

15.4 The Operator reserves the right to terminate the Contract for important reasons, i.e. in the case of violation by the Customer of the provisions of the Regulations such as:

  • failure to pay the fee for exceeding the twelve-hour period of renting a bike,
  • failure to pay for any damage to the infrastructure of the ŁoKeR System,
  • failure to settle a negative account balance within 7 days, after previous unsuccessful calling of the Customer to cease or remove breaches.

XVI. Personal data


16.1 The administrator of the Customer's personal data is the ŁoKeR System Operator

16.2 The Customer's personal data will be processed by the Operator only for own purposes related to the functioning of the ŁoKeR System

16.3  The User's personal data is processed, stored and secured in accordance with the rules set out in applicable law.

16.4 The Operator undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the Customer's personal data

16.5 The customer may, by separate statement, consent to the processing of his data for marketing purposes, sending commercial information, entrusting his data to third parties or for telephone contact for marketing purposes.

16.6 The customer has the right to access their personal data and request their completion, modification or deletion. In the event of any change of personal / contact details, the Customer undertakes to update them immediately in the ŁoKeR System.

XVII. Final Provisions


17.1 The use of the ŁoKeR System requires:

  • adequate health of the client, enabling safe use of the bicycle;
  • having skills and rights to use a bicycle;
  • knowledge of traffic regulations, in particular the Road Traffic Act of June 20, 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 98, item 602, as amended).

17.2 The operator reserves the right to change the provisions of the Regulations. Information about changes to the Regulations will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer during registration in the ŁoKeR System or to another e-mail address indicated by the Customer. The User may terminate the Agreement, however, the notice shall be sent to the address of the Operator. The lack of termination means the acceptance of the changes made to the Regulations by the Client

17.3 In the event of a breach of any of the provisions of the Regulations resulting in damage to the Operator, the Operator reserves the right to block the Customer's account in the ŁoKeR System until the matter is resolved.

17.4  In matters not regulated in the Regulations, the applicable provisions of law, in particular the Civil Code and the Road Traffic Law act.

1. I agree to join by the above a minor to the paid-out ŁoKeR bicycle rental system in Łomża, hereinafter referred to as the System, in accordance with the regulations available at www.lomza.polskirowermiejski.pl;
2. I got acquainted with the above regulations, I accept its contents and agree to the provisions of the above Regulations;
3. I undertake to cover all possible damages and claims arising in connection with the use of the abovementioned a minor from the ŁoKeR System
4. I declare that the above the minor has a valid bicycle card or a driving license of the relevant category;
5. I agree to the processing of my personal data by the Operator and the above-mentioned a minor for the purposes necessary to use the System, in accordance with the requirements of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926), for the purpose of implementing the Agreement. I have knowledge that I have the right to access the content of my personal data and the possibility of correcting, supplementing or changing it. The administrator of personal data is the System Operator ŁOKER BikeU Sp. z o.o., ul. Emilii Plater 53, 00-113 Warsaw, providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary in order to be able to use the service and ŁOKER System

From 15 to 60 minutes * - 1 PLN
From 61 to 120 minutes * - PLN 2
From 121 to 180 minutes * - PLN 3
Each next hour * - PLN 4

Bike replacement cost - PLN 2,000.
Fees for removing the unlawful bicycle lock - PLN 200

The maximum time to rent a bike is 12 hours, the crossing means an additional fee of PLN 200

Each time you unlock the bike / start the rental PLN 2 + (tariff according to the time of rental)

From 0 to 15 minutes - PLN 0

From 15 to 60 minutes * - 1 PLN
From 61 to 120 minutes * - PLN 2
From 121 to 180 minutes * - PLN 3
Each next hour * - PLN 4

The cost of replacing the Tandem bicycle - PLN 6,000.
The cost of replacing the Cargo bike - PLN 12,000.

Fees for removing the unlawful bicycle lock - PLN 200

* Charging is in seconds.
* Settlement of fees:

- for bikes ŁoKeR, for example 80 minutes for rental, the Customer will pay PLN 1.00 + PLN 2.00 = PLN 3.00

- for Special Bikes: eg for an 80 minute rental, the Customer will pay 1.00 PLN + 2.00 PLN + 2.00 PLN = 5.00 PLN
